Tonight was the third time we ate here. The first two times were great. Good food, great service. Tonight was mediocre. The service was extremely slow and it took 45 minutes from when we ordered for our food to come. Last time the Caesar salad was the best i’d ever had with delicious dressing and real shaved Parmesan. This time the dressing was tasteless and it had shake cheese from a container. Took so long that my husband had to leave to go back to work & then I sat for 15 minutes alone waiting for the check. Disappointed.

Solid steak with a nice ambience. Amazing wine selection. Tables allow some private conversations. They are big and well-spaced. Also the service is well above average

Loved this place!!! My husband and I came here for our first wedding anniversary and I am so happy we did! Our waiter was so kind and helpful. I wish I remembered his name. My husband had the bacon wrapped filet and I had the 9 oz filet. The steak was perfect. We also chose the lobster mac and cheese as a side and we left nothing behind. Food was absolutely fantastic. Thank you Old Homestead for a great dining experience! Can’t wait to come back!

First class service, fantastic steaks, the french onion soup was to die for, and portions were huge! So why only 4 stars? The bread!! Here's a hint to the restaurants aiming for 5 stars: don't charge $60+ for entrees and then serve cold hamburger buns. Of course, there is the $8 chef's bread on the menu, but that's just nickel-and-diming your customers. When you spend $250 for dinner, everything should be fantastic.

I don't think they would turn you away but you may feel out of place. It's a little upscale

If you are planning on bringing your own wine you should definitely call first. We have been there many times and I'm not sure that's an option.

Anything from a button up shirt and slacks to formal outfit is fine. Just no tee shirts etc.

Yes but it is in the casino. It is accessible to children since its on a perimeter walkway and "not in the gaming area" . Enjoy. Hope your child can eat a lot. Try the Gotham if you're hungry. It's the best. Everything is great in there.
